Abstract
Surface roughness has become the most significant functional requirement and it is an
index of the product quality. In order to increase the efficiency of hard to machine
alloys like titanium and nickel alloys, an Electro Chemical Honing (ECH) process
has been employed to achieve highest material removal rate with the best surface
qualities. This extended abstract describes the design and fabrication of an
indigenously developed tooling setup for ECH of external cylindrical surfaces of
Titanium alloys (TI 6AL 4V) and also highlights the key process parameters and their
affect on ECH process. The influence of the machining parameters on the surface
finish has been investigated and optimized the process parameters for improving the
surface roughness is also evaluated. Percentage improvements in surface roughness
values Ra and other parameters like electrolyte temperature, composition and
concentration were studied while changing the processing time (PT). And also the
study of surface characteristics of micro and macro level and micro hardness too
examined.

pentobarbital at the dose of 40 mg/kg, administered intravenously through the
marginal ear vein, previously canulated with 21 G butterfly canula. The trachea was
canulated with a plastic canula to ease respiration. The vagus nerve was located and
separated from the carotid artery, which was cleared of connective tissues and
canulated with a plastic canula connected to a pressure transducer via a three way
tap. The pressure transducer transmitted the blood pressure to Ugo Basile twin
channel recorder (model 7090), which recorded the blood pressure and heart rate.
The channel recorder was always calibrated before and after each experiment, using
a mercury sphygmomanometer. When the animal had stabilized and the blood
pressure and heart rate had remained constant, the extract was administered in

This movie is very important because it exposes children to real world situations. It
offers guidance and continues to prompt teens in the right direction. In addition, it
relates to teens on a personal level. Therefore, if teens are exposed to this movie, it
will benefit them and influence teens to do what s right, which will eventually lead to
more teens being successful in the future.
I, personally, joyed the book, The Privilege of Youth. I would give it 5 out of 5
stars because it shows young teen readers, like myself the reality of going through
a coming of age experience, and most importantly how to overcome it. I liked
everything about the book, from the complex ideas to the majority of the conflicts
that surrounded the main character. The characters really made the theme pure and
vital. In addition, I loved all the imagery that played apart in the book, because it
portrayed a feeling that I was in the book. It made sense and had me thinking
higher level, which made me produce a lot of great questions. The ideal audience

into luxury, and just because she lived in the projects of Brooklyn didn t mean she

adolescence as a shallow, self centered individual, motivated solely by physical
attractiveness, material possessions and the desire to attract as many men as
possible. On Winter s six tenth birthday her father Ricky Santiago decides it s

very excited for the move although Winter was livid. The family s move to a

the novel is that success is not easily earned. This is a message that Winter Santiago

have anything she wanted in life with a snap of a finger. She didn t understand how
to become successful. Winter believed that hustling and seeking out a man to take
care of her, would bring her back on top. In order to
