1) Developing strong architectural concepts requires intense effort to integrate new ideas and bring different things together in a creative way, rather than ideas flowing smoothly.
2) Communicating concepts is difficult, both explaining them to others and to oneself. Architects must learn dialogue within their own minds before explaining to others.
3) Receiving audiences for concepts can have different levels of understanding depending on their background, and architects must consider their specific audience. Common tests and elitism can also influence reception of concepts.
Some of the theories are now certainly outdated and have little interest to a modern builder, but some contain still valid information about important goals of building, notably on the questions of functionality, construction, economy and ecology. While theory of design is intended to help design, it does not necessarily precede design. On the contrary, the first building where a new architectural style is exposed, is usually created intuitively, without the help of any theory, just by the skill of a brilliant architect. The design theory comes a little later, and even less brilliant architects can then base their work on it.
Theories can be seen as building-specific branches of the general goal-specific theories which pertain to all types of products and are listed in Paradigms Of Design Theory. Thematic or "analytic" theories are treatises which aim at the fulfilment of one principal goal of architecture. Theories of architectural synthesis are examples of theories which aim at fulfilling simultaneously several goals, usually all the goals that are known.
In present day, the design theory of architecture includes all that is presented in the handbooks of architects: legislation, norms and standards of building. All of them are intended to aid the work of the architect and improve its product -- the quality of buildings technology and production in general: proven theory helps designers to do their work better and more effectively. It occasionally even helps to do things that were believed to be impossible earlier on. As an old saying goes, there is nothing more practical than a good theory. The aesthetization of utilitarian ideas is the primacy of architecture as a vessel of life, accommodating the needs of human beings .

CFD Simulation of By-pass Flow in a HRSG module by R&R Consult.pptxR&R Consult
CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
It is always satisfying when we can help solve complex challenges like this. Do your systems also need a check-up or optimization? Give us a call!
Work done in cooperation with James Malloy and David Moelling from Tetra Engineering.

Cosmetic shop management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Buying new cosmetic products is difficult. It can even be scary for those who have sensitive skin and are prone to skin trouble. The information needed to alleviate this problem is on the back of each product, but it's thought to interpret those ingredient lists unless you have a background in chemistry.
Instead of buying and hoping for the best, we can use data science to help us predict which products may be good fits for us. It includes various function programs to do the above mentioned tasks.
Data file handling has been effectively used in the program.
The automated cosmetic shop management system should deal with the automation of general workflow and administration process of the shop. The main processes of the system focus on customer's request where the system is able to search the most appropriate products and deliver it to the customers. It should help the employees to quickly identify the list of cosmetic product that have reached the minimum quantity and also keep a track of expired date for each cosmetic product. It should help the employees to find the rack number in which the product is placed. It is also Faster and more efficient way.
2. “Design In Mind”
Bryan Lawson in his book Design in Mind
A junior architect student says:
“ Whenever I start a project my ideas flow
smoothly and I got a gorgeous concepts about
it, why just when I start work all things suddenly
disappear and the results were missy ”
3. Concepts and
Architecture
Concept formulation is not an
automatic activity; it takes a intense
effort to develop a concept that
appropriately integrates things not
previously brought together.
Verification
Illumination

Preparation
4. Concepts and
Architecture
Bringing things together is a
creative act that designers,
architects, critics, artists, musicians,
and writers have identified as being
about 10 percent inspiration or
genius and 90 percent hard work.
11. Inexperience
Concepts are difficult to invent if they are unfamiliar.
Since many buildings are built without the benefit of a concept and
since most critics and architects avoid writing about them, it is difficult
for the designer to have ambitions for concepts.

13. Hierarchies
This is especially a problem
for the beginning student
who, because of lack of
experience, has difficulty
deciding if an idea is a
brilliant concept or an awful
one.
14. Hierarchies
The architect must be able to
make sensitive judgments, by
grapping the subject from the
most important intention to less
one
17. Graphics
The problem related to graphics
communication is that it is not a
conventional.
Moreover it depends on the skill
of presenting the concept in a
means of signs and symbols.
21. Media
It is very important to represent the concept in a
clear and effective means that deliver the
signification immediately with out noise.
Hence more effective media is that which can
generate a most precise understanding with no
distortion.
The contemporary tools of generating complete
vision of the project are now more sophisticated
in presentation than the old one

28. Level of
Understanding
Different societies understand
architecture in different modes,
and different people in the
society understand differently,
thus the architect should specify
whom he is talking to.
