Imagine a CHAOTIC workplace….
Answer: The Organization’s Leadership
Answer: The Staff in the Organization
An organization’s leader must first understand
that their subordinates can make a positive
change in the organization as long as they
give them the ability to do so..
PRODUCTIVITY occurs when subordinates are
allowed to take control of their own work and
are independent.
Clear up chaos by allowing staff in an
organization to be independent.
• Leaders should allow their subordinates to learn and feel as if their
role in the organization is important.
• When leaders display that they are the only ones who have power –
subordinates will feel dependent on them and work will decrease.
