Shifts the blue and pink pieces,
releasing the hydraulic lock and allows
the atmospheric chamber to start
pushing the fluid through the metering
portion. Metering portion times must be
looked at to verify how long the delayed
opening will be.

 Well must be drilled & constructed to accommodate the most
rigorous anticipated treating conditions and maximize designed
treatment placement success
 Preplanning, interdisciplinary teamwork & close, open collaboration
with contractor(s) is essential
 Expectations need to be realistic & managed
 Gather as much data early on as possible, and use it! A well
established baseline is priceless
