Product Structure
Reinforced Fiber Cement Board, Calcium silicate board are used as basis materials, processed by
special treatment technology technics;with texture of marble, wood,aluminum plastic board or
design of intelligent personality. It can be used and replaced nature marble, MDF,wooden plate,
ceramic facing tile and aluminum plastic plate etc... It is already widely used for exterior wall
facade and interior decorative all, such as tunnel, subway, airport, market place, hospital, office,
kitchen, bathroom,lab etc.....
Product advantage:
HBD CLEAN composite panels are manufactured with low energy and high environment
consciousness. 100% free of asbestos ,formaldehyde, benzene and other poisonous substances
and without radiation. It is fire and water proof, light and hard, thus the products are 100%
environmentally friendly. The proprietary processed pioneered by HBD CLEAN BOARD with
special surface treatment offers an increased scratch resistance and a higher UV resistance,
sealed edges and back coating ensure optimal behavior and durability of the panels.

High-temperature High-pressure streaming method
A manufacturing method that features putting the raw sheet of
the building material for exterior decoration in a
high-temperature high-pressure kiln(water vapor of 160-170 ℃
and atmospheric pressure of 6-7 to make it fully harden.
If necessary use a suitable solvent to remove the staining agent,
then wash with containing a suitable wetting agent, and finally with acetone as required to clean
the surface.

Compared with Ceramic Tile
The specification of traditional ceramic is maximally about 800x800mm and the thickness ranges
from 8-12mm. The weight at least 24kg per square meter and increase the burden of a building.
HBD CLEAN BOARD is quite different from tile, it is large, thin, light, colorful and customized.
Specification maximally reached 1220x3600mm, and thickness from 4mm-20mm. The
magnetized surface is brighter and realer than ceramic and HBD CLEAN BOARD adopts special UV
fluorocarbon on the surface, it is not easy to adhere dirt and has self-cleaning function. In
addition, it is radiation-less, heat-resubmitting-impermeable, wearable,easy-installing etc...

Processing Methods of The Board
Cutting
1.With a stone saw or electric cutting machine(used for sawing stone materials)
2.Pulling and pushing the NT cutter several times on the surface and back of the panel before
breaking it with the decoration surface facing outward. Then grind the surface of the fracture and
make it level.

Hole Drilling and Opening
Use the electric driller to drill the small hole. Use the hole saw to open the hole for installing wire
and pipe directly for drill some small holes first and then saw the hole
Installation Accessories

Attentions To Storage And Carrying
Make sure of the leveling handle of the board during installation, carrying and storage. Store at
the hard and flat ground/floor. Don’t carry the board by single person. Handle by 2 persons with
hands and make sure the level or vertical of board.
