This document outlines an experimental module to teach technical English to university students studying aeronautics. The module aims to reinforce concepts about aircraft types introduced in a previous course by focusing on the macrostructural elements and functions of different aircraft models housed in the school hangar. Over four sessions, students will visit the hangar, conduct research on assigned aircraft in groups, and give oral presentations identifying the anatomical features and history of their assigned aircraft. The goals are to motivate students by providing a hands-on learning experience, encourage active learning skills like group work and presentations, and reinforce technical vocabulary in English. Assessment will be continuous through class exercises, presentation feedback, and a final test.
