What do we offer?
Everyone enjoys a good incentive
One of the most important elements of Blu Digital is the
opportunity for career progression, this is an integral
part of our growth plan. There is a real chance for
individuals to become Team Leaders within two to three
years, and growth doesn’t stop there, further
development includes managerial and directorial
positions.
At Blu Digital, we believe the best training is done on the
job! Starting here, you can expect to spend your first
week having a mix of classroom and in-office training.
This will also include regular catch-ups throughout the
day to help each consultant plan their day and make the
most of the time in the office
Over the course of your development you will be given
refresher training sessions, both individually and with
the rest of the team. As well as this we also do monthly
appraisals where targets are set and you are given
guidance to help you reach your goals and objectives.
We also have monthly team meetings where everyone is
involved in progression plans. Industry dictates that in
your first year of recruitment you can expect to earn
£30k-£40k. Consultants at Blu have been known to
earn up to £60k. We aim big and we want our
consultants to do so too!
On top of our industry leading commission structure-
we also have fantastic incentives too!
Regular incentives mean the team have dined out at
some of the top London restaurants, gone for shopping
sprees and had afternoons out for team activities. The
offices are situated in a great location in the heart of the
city surrounded by first class bars and restaurants,
which provide great ideas for lunch and breakfast club
locations.

Set to become the biggest agency in digital recruitment
Our aim is to double in size by the end of the year, and this is
something we will continue to maintain year on year. This will push
us in the right direction of opening up offices overseas and, in turn,
being able to expand into new areas within digital. With the strong
talent we have amongst the employees, our service is second to
none and will help us in becoming the number one digital recruiter
of choice.
Blu Digital are a strong advocate of organic growth, promoting
from within; therefore career progression is very structured with an
extremely attentive support network. There is a real opportunity for
employees to progress to a Senior Consultant very quickly and in
two to three years' time to be managing their own teams. However,
progression doesn't stop there, there is a chance to become a
future leader at Blu Digital.

  • 7. What do we offer? Everyone enjoys a good incentive One of the most important elements of Blu Digital is the opportunity for career progression, this is an integral part of our growth plan. There is a real chance for individuals to become Team Leaders within two to three years, and growth doesn’t stop there, further development includes managerial and directorial positions. At Blu Digital, we believe the best training is done on the job! Starting here, you can expect to spend your first week having a mix of classroom and in-office training. This will also include regular catch-ups throughout the day to help each consultant plan their day and make the most of the time in the office Over the course of your development you will be given refresher training sessions, both individually and with the rest of the team. As well as this we also do monthly appraisals where targets are set and you are given guidance to help you reach your goals and objectives. We also have monthly team meetings where everyone is involved in progression plans. Industry dictates that in your first year of recruitment you can expect to earn £30k-£40k. Consultants at Blu have been known to earn up to £60k. We aim big and we want our consultants to do so too! On top of our industry leading commission structure- we also have fantastic incentives too! Regular incentives mean the team have dined out at some of the top London restaurants, gone for shopping sprees and had afternoons out for team activities. Set to become the biggest agency in digital recruitment Our aim is to double in size by the end of the year, and this is something we will continue to maintain year on year. This will push us in the right direction of opening up offices overseas and, in turn, being able to expand into new areas within digital. With the strong talent we have amongst the employees, our service is second to none and will help us in becoming the number one digital recruiter of choice.
