2. Our Service Approach
Excelency is the guiding drive for every single consultant at PCC, with this we can provide the lasting
value in our services to our clients. We consistently aim at reaching the very best levels of service and
product delivery, by engaging our clients to give feedbakc on their level of satisfaction with our
services. We have four fundamental pillars that drive our motivation to achiveing valued services
Proven Perfomance Delivery
It’s not how many ideas you have. It is how many you can
make happen.
The number of ideas you have counts for nothing It’s rather the ideas
that you make happen that counts-Performance delivery it is. Without
extra-ordinary performance, we recognize that clients will not realize
planned results. So whether it’s a client’s idea or ours, we help convert
original thinking into valued results. We think what’s possible! We
generate options for business objectives. It does not matter where the
ideas come from, or who delivers them but how they translate into value
to guarantee lasting results.
Reliability of Recommendations
Skills and experience are key requirements of any
assignment. We assemble teams of experts with
international experience in performing similar
assignments.
It’s not just recommendations but the reliability of the recommendations
that generates the confidence to implement the suggested solutions.
Our people are our greatest asset. Listening, learning and leading
coupled with innovativeness and creativity are the cornerstones of our
people model. Combine the above with technical expertise and
experience and you have dependable reliable recommendations that
will deliver lasting results. That’s what organisations require from
consultants.
Unrivalled Quality
Quality like no other is what drives and empowers us to
consistently seek to help our clients.
Powerful ideas, innovative practice, lasting value. All our structures and
procedures provide for quality performance: the methodology and
design philosophy; how we operate; even how we think of solutions to
guarantee results. Experience has taught us to take a clear sighted look
at the latest market trends, to make the right decisions at the right
time, and to treat our clients as valued partners in order to guarantee
them quality. In a fast changing world, stability, trustworthiness and
flexibility counts.
Service Support
You cannot buy success, even with a good budget and lots
of people. You have to work for success, -Sustainable
Success.
You cannot buy success, even with a good budget and lots of people.
You have to work for it and the whole team has to work for it. But success
or results which are not sustainable amount to a misallocation of
resources. Service support is one way of sustaining results and success.
Excellent service support is what makes us different and ensures we
continue to deliver results even when the assignment is completed.

3. Our consulting Services
Monitoring and Evaluation
We offer Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services for clients
in the Public and private sector. M&E is becoming an
increasingly important aspect of Public sector and
Programme management, especially as the need to prove
results and impact of programmes has increased. Donors and
international Development partners are increasingly
interested in Impact of programmes.
Our services include; Baseline Studies, End term Evaluations,
Mid Term Evaluations, M&E systems development and
Results Based M&E Training.
Our lead experts in M&E have certifications from international recognised institutes in M&E in the UK
and USA.
Results Based Management
We help organisations in the Public and private sector to
implement Results Based Management (RBM) approaches, to
ensure a clear focus and achievement of organisational
results. We offer trainings to that effect, and guide staff in
understanding the core principles and applications of Results
Based Management.
With the Developing world becoming united through
common Development Goals, it is increasingly becoming
necessary for all partners to focus on Long term and medium
term achievement of results through well planned,
implementation, monitoring, and evaluation and reporting
for results.
Our RBM experts have been implementing RBM in Europe, Asia and Africa and have vast leading
experience to advise any organisation.
Strategy Development
Capabilities Driven Strategy is what we develop. External
market positioning or internal capabilities are not
enough to create a company's right to win. A coherent
strategy that aligns them at every level is essential. Only
a coherent company — one that pursues a clear strategic
direction, builds a system of differentiating capabilities
consistent with that direction, and sells products and
services that thrive within that system — can reliably and
sustainably outpace competitors.
We provide strategy services that enable organisations develop sound bases for the achievement of the
vision/objectives.

Development affects women and men differently, often with a negative impact on women. The debates
about women and to what extent they benefit or do not benefit from development have led to the
emergence of the GAD model.
Environment Support Services
The great challenge of this century is to meet the
growing demand for food, fresh water, energy, and other
resources that advance human development while
protecting our ecosystems.
Meeting this challenge requires finding solutions at the
intersection of human and natural systems. Our work —
with businesses, governments, foundations, and non-
profits — recognizes the interdependency of human
progress and the environment to protect the world’s
most vulnerable people and ecosystems.
More than ever, the health and prosperity of individuals, communities, and nations are deeply intertwined
with the natural ecosystems that sustain them.
Public health and Nutrition support services
While global achievements have been registered with
preventable child deaths down by more than half since
1990, maternal mortality also down by almost as much,
there remains tragically high figures of children who die
before the fifth birthday annually (six million) , or the fact
that AIDS is the leading cause of death for adolescents
in Sub Saharan Africa. The good news is that, the means
to turn that around and make good health is available
and we are all partners in development.
PCC partners with governments, international organisational and civil society organisations to achieve
positive outcomes in global health and nutrition in the world’s most underserved regions.

The challenge of all organizational managers is to attract
and retain quality internal resources. We work with our

FIRM PROFILE ANDCAPABILITY STATEMENT 4 | P A G E PAZEL CONRY CONSULTING 2. Our Service Approach Excelency is the guiding drive for every single consultant at PCC, with this we can provide the lasting value in our services to our clients. We consistently aim at reaching the very best levels of service and product delivery, by engaging our clients to give feedbakc on their level of satisfaction with our services. We have four fundamental pillars that drive our motivation to achiveing valued services Proven Perfomance Delivery It’s not how many ideas you have. It is how many you can make happen. The number of ideas you have counts for nothing It’s rather the ideas that you make happen that counts-Performance delivery it is. Without extra-ordinary performance, we recognize that clients will not realize planned results. So whether it’s a client’s idea or ours, we help convert original thinking into valued results. We think what’s possible! We generate options for business objectives. It does not matter where the ideas come from, or who delivers them but how they translate into value to guarantee lasting results. Reliability of Recommendations Skills and experience are key requirements of any assignment. We assemble teams of experts with international experience in performing similar assignments. It’s not just recommendations but the reliability of the recommendations that generates the confidence to implement the suggested solutions. Our people are our greatest asset. Listening, learning and leading coupled with innovativeness and creativity are the cornerstones of our people model. Combine the above with technical expertise and experience and you have dependable reliable recommendations that will deliver lasting results. That’s what organisations require from consultants. Unrivalled Quality Quality like no other is what drives and empowers us to consistently seek to help our clients. Powerful ideas, innovative practice, lasting value. All our structures and procedures provide for quality performance: the methodology and design philosophy; how we operate; even how we think of solutions to guarantee results. Experience has taught us to take a clear sighted look at the latest market trends, to make the right decisions at the right time, and to treat our clients as valued partners in order to guarantee them quality. In a fast changing world, stability, trustworthiness and flexibility counts. Service Support You cannot buy success, even with a good budget and lots of people. You have to work for success, -Sustainable Success. You cannot buy success, even with a good budget and lots of people. You have to work for it and the whole team has to work for it. But success or results which are not sustainable amount to a misallocation of resources. Service support is one way of sustaining results and success. Excellent service support is what makes us different and ensures we continue to deliver results even when the assignment is completed.

Our consulting Services Monitoring and Evaluation We offer Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) services for clients in the Public and private sector. M&E is becoming an increasingly important aspect of Public sector and Programme management, especially as the need to prove results and impact of programmes has increased. Donors and international Development partners are increasingly interested in Impact of programmes. Our services include; Baseline Studies, End term Evaluations, Mid Term Evaluations, M&E systems development and Results Based M&E Training. FIRM PROFILE ANDCAPABILITY STATEMENT 7 | P A G E PAZEL CONRY CONSULTING We help our clients Governments, Civil society organisations undertake Gender Analysis of their Plans, Programmes and projects to be able to integrate gender issues into their results framework. We support our clients with empirical evidence from our research to design gender sensitive strategies, Policies laws. We offer the services in the following Gender areas: Gender planning and Budgeting; Gender analysis; Trade and Gender; Gender and reproductive health studies; Gender and Agriculture. Development affects women and men differently, often with a negative impact on women. The debates about women and to what extent they benefit or do not benefit from development have led to the emergence of the GAD model. Environment Support Services The great challenge of this century is to meet the growing demand for food, fresh water, energy, and other resources that advance human development while protecting our ecosystems. Meeting this challenge requires finding solutions at the intersection of human and natural systems. Our work — with businesses, governments, foundations, and non- profits — recognizes the interdependency of human progress and the environment to protect the world’s most vulnerable people and ecosystems. More than ever, the health and prosperity of individuals, communities, and nations are deeply intertwined with the natural ecosystems that sustain them. Public health and Nutrition support services While global achievements have been registered with preventable child deaths down by more than half since 1990, maternal mortality also down by almost as much, there remains tragically high figures of children who die before the fifth birthday annually (six million) , or the fact that AIDS is the leading cause of death for adolescents in Sub Saharan Africa. The good news is that, the means to turn that around and make good health is available and we are all partners in development. PCC partners with governments, international organisational and civil society organisations to achieve positive outcomes in global health and nutrition in the world’s most underserved regions. Training and Capacity Building The challenge of all organizational managers is to attract and retain quality internal resources.
