Our founders are some of the most talented recruiters and business people in the

Ian Mitchell is the Co-Founder of Recruitment City. He has worked in
recruitment for 20 years, and prior to launching SevenSteps with his
business partner Richard Mackie, he was a senior manager of BMS – a
large UK Wide recruitment company. Ian is well known in the
recruitment industry for adhering to his client’s requirements, he has
rigorous candidate selection processes and an excellent ability to rally

Steven Smith is the Co-Founder of Recruitment City. An award winning

Steven is extensively qualified in business growth. Steven has a

•Our partner will make contact with you (or you may reach out to them) and introduce our business to you.

•Our partner will meet with you formally to establish your exact requirements, at which point we will discuss our terms and
conditions with you to ensure that each party has an understanding of the other's expectations.

•Once we feel we have sufficient information to identify the right candidates, our partner will pass along your information to
our office, where our crack resourcing team will begin to work their magic. During this stage we will begin to headhunt
candidates, advertise your vacancies confidentially and initiate a dedicated internal operation to fill your vacancies.

•Once we have established a list of hopeful applicants, our veteran recruitment team will work with the partner to screen
potential candidates and create a shortlife via face to face profiling.

•The initial interview will always be handled by our team, so that we can make sure that the right candidates meet various
criteria, including appropriate legal requirements and verify their qualifications and experience.

•Afterwards, we will initiate the formal selection process with you, at which point we will make the candidates available to
you for interview and screening.

•Once everyone is satisfied that appropriate candidates have been identified, we will progress to the firm offer stage, and we
will then handle all the details related to making the placement a success.

Afterwards we will begin to find candidates for you, profile them with the help of our
partner, and eventually interview them before putting them in-front of you. By the
time we are ready to present a candidate, you know that we have performed
exhaustive checks on their quality.

directly, which means that we won’t send you every
