The City Council is considering a proposed amendment to the Vision Plan map for properties in the southeast portion of San Angelo near the intersection of Dan Hanks Lane and South Chadbourne Street. The Council has the option to approve, remand back to the Planning Commission, or deny the amendment. Planning staff and Commission recommend approving the amendment to buffer industrial uses from residential areas and diversify land uses. A public hearing was also held regarding possible future annexation of properties southwest of the city.
