As I it rightly said “Nearly every employee sits in front of a computer or regularly needs to access one.”
- Now lets look at why do we need MIS For MIS is used by the management at all levels to effective decision making, especially for the top management. The top management of the company plays an active role in designing, modifying and maintaining of the total information system. As Information system and information technology has become a vital component in any successful business and is regarded as major functional areas like other functional areas like marketing, finance, production and HR Mainly we need MIS for : Support the Business and its day to day process To manage operations of any business organization To support in decision making For building effective strategies for the organization

- We are a small business and operate locally for sales and supply of medicinal products. We have 2 branches at borivali and dahisar We are 10 people operating this store chain 5 at each location We provide sales at our customers and also supply medicinal products to hospitals, organizations and local customers. We also have a online order facility which allows doctors to directly place a order by sending prescription to us. We provide this e-facility with the help of a website we have… Lets have a look at it how it works.
- No time constraints: It can be used any where any time as there is no time constraints. Time saving: It saves time and transportation. Because there is no need to go anywhere physically .Improved customer interaction: We also gather feedback from the customer with the help of our feedback forms Direct communication with consumer: With the taking feedback from Social networking sites, online advertising on google networks can be mediums to buzz about online store.
- Long delivery timing: In a case where you visit to the medical store directly you get products prompt, but in case of our online service it may well take a day or two Limitation of products: Not all of the products are possibly listed on your store.. So hence a user doesn’t have an entire exploration of the medicines available with us . Lack of personal services: Personal services in which a salesman can cater to you personally and recommend any alternative medicine or give some knowledge about its side effects, that is not possible from online sales Limited exposure: Customer base of people booking online is not that high as many people don't have an access to the internet or are
- Changing trends: Online Retailing is fast and effective even financial transactions can be made from any part of the world. People of tomorrow will feel more comfortable to buy products through internet only. High availability (24 hour and seven days a week): Online stores are available all day they are open all the time And with each and every click of the mouse business is in operation. Cut down on local competition: Online customer services is a competitive advantage for the company, as in we offer multiple payment modes for the customers like debit/credit cards, netbanking.

Competitors: Competition is increasing day by day big companies have already entered in this field. They are making people habitual at the cost of their companies.
