•Technical expertise was integral to the completion of 215 special inspections and maintenance actions
while maintaining a 100 percent Quality Assurance pass rate. With these stellar efforts it surged the in
commission rate of the AGE flight to 98 percent and resulted in an 87 percent logistics departure rate for
2008.
•Tireless efforts and unparalleled support enabled Air Mobility Command mission planners to reroute
the majority of European traffic through Naval Station Rota, when Icelandic Volcano Eruption caused
closure of three major en route in Germany and England. Expertly maintained, serviced and inspected
all assigned Aerospace Ground Equipment assets, resulting in zero support delays. Exceptional
maintenance actions allowed around the clock flight line operations which generated 164 timely deliveries
of 4,466 tons of vital cargo and 9,162 passengers ensuring uninterrupted support of Operations Enduring
and Iraqi Freedom
•Hand selected for 521st AMW, Kuwait International AMC Inspection Team, as subject matter expert to
inspect the Aerospace Ground Equipment CAV contractors. Identified and documented five surveillances
of the contract, praised by the Contracting Office for AGE system knowledge.
•Managed 10 technical order accounts, with 269 paper and 1,882 digital publications as the base
technical order distribution office custodian. Worked directly with account’s TODA custodians and library
custodians to ensure seamless transition from paper to digital publications.
