Manage a group of 180 market aligned Private Banking Client Onboarding Officers and Managers
responsible for the account opening and KYC processes across entity and product types supporting the
Northeast, Southeast, and EMEA/ASIA regions. Also managed support functions including Maintenance,
IRA Product Support, and Project Management.
Key Accomplishments
• Managed the national account opening function from 2005 to 2015.
• Built out the Client Onboarding function to absorb KYC functions from the Front Office and
integrated the account opening and KYC functions into the new Client Onboarding Group
• Created regional hubs to support the newly combined functions and migrated the management of
the account opening teams to the new Regional Hub managers.
• Implemented new account opening workflow tools across the US platform including vendor
selection, proof of concept, business requirements, release management, and ongoing prioritization
of build work.
