Treasury Management Transition Specialist, Team Lead (Contract Employee) 2009-Present
The Treasury Management Transition Team was formed to take a new, streamlined approach to the transition of
clients from re-segmented and retiring online services onto new alternative online solutions. This approach
involved a high level of communication and support to ensure customers were properly engaged and supported
throughout the entire transition process.
As team lead, I have provided support, encouragement and direction to a team of eight individuals. The Transition
Team has worked with over 3000 high value Treasury Management clients to communicate upcoming service
changes, assess their banking needs, and successfully transition them to the appropriate alternative service.
• Identified the business requirements and created the Business Requirement Documentation for proposal to

lines to assess, troubleshoot, and translate related tasks and processes.

current processes and procedures to determine possible enhancements and improvements and researched cost save
competitor products and services to ensure M&I Bank remained competitive in the appropriate markets. Also achievements
if available

personnel before merger in 2006.
• Developed and launched repurchase sweep accounts for M&I Bank clients. The rollout of the Repurchase
Sweep resulted in over $125 MM in new deposits. Additionally, a rate restructuring effort resulted in $1.8
MM in new deposits and reduced interest expense. The project later incorporated a corporate-wide initiative
to “go green” and included the creation of electronic daily collateral confirms and elimination of daily paper
mailed confirms.
• Reviewed, enhanced and restructured the Eurodollar Sweep Investment service and interest rate tiers,

bankers, and banking coordinators in order to standardize the understanding of products, implementation
and sales processes from multiple regions and merged banks.
• Established standard documents and manuals describing product functionality, workflow and support to
provide sales, support and internal staff with a single source of consistent, updateable information.
