licenses will be identified as the KPI required. Calculated on a 12-month rolling total

Product & brand enhancement: the number of product enhancement suggestions made based on
client recommendations
Market research: active research keeping a current listing of potential clients and product competitors &
their market share in your region
Market material active management: Actively ensuring the key marketing and training material needed

Product champion: implies that there the reseller can provide end-to-end sales management including
