• Full team of Chesna (comprises of loyal staff and
  managers) started way back 2008 while still in
  partnership with Globus AG Manpower, with the
  tremendous track records in terms of deployment and
  growing numbers of foreign principals are extremely
  cannot be handled with the said partnership , it is
  then decided by the whole team to detached from
  the partnership and then the birth of CHESNA
  MANPOWER came in the year 2009 .

DEMANDLETTER
A formal letter issued by the employer addressing M/S Chesna Manpower Services with full detail of the Job Categories,
Number of workers, Basic monthly salary, Contact period, working hours and all other facilities like Food,
Accommodation, Medical expense, Transportation and Airfare etc.
※To be attested by chamber of commerce & Philippines Embassy.

POWER OF ATTORNEY
A letter issued by the Employer authorizing M/S Chesna Manpower Services to act behalf of the Employer in recruiting
the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the
related agencies of the government of Philippines.
※To be attested by chamber of commerce & Philippines Embassy.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company’s letterhead stating
clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Philippines.
※To be attested by chamber of commerce & Philippines Embassy.

MANPOWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT
This agreement is between two parties. And hereby both parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions and
undertake to implement accordingly.
※No need attestation through Chamber of Commerce & Philippines Embassy.
Recruitment Process
                                                                           Screening of CV’s
 Continues sourcing thru affiliated PESO from the job
                                                                           • phone interview just for a confirmation if data’s in CV’s are correct
  fair all over Philippines,+ walk-in applicants + cv’s
reviewing stored in our databank + advertisements in                       • Oral interview by our certified technical evaluator
  newspaper bulletin boards +live search engines on
                         internet




                                                                           Pre-select the proper applicant by Chesna Evaluator to
                                                                           determine the qualifications of the positions applied for
                                                                           based on the job description of the client
                                                                           sent/forwarded to us
                                                                           • Facilitate final selection/interview of applicants by employer or its
  Refers applicant to take Trade Test to ensure of their                     authorized representatives.
                       qualifications                                      • If clients will not attend selection/interview, CV’s & any necessary
                                                                             materials will be forwarded to the principal through email & courier for
                                                                             their final evaluation and approval.




For those selected will then have final offer discussing
the salary,
• Conduct Orientation to all the selected workers after the interview to
  discuss fully the terms & conditions of the employment contract,
  awareness of jobsite site and etc.

Mobilization & Processing Flow
•   Job order (Before 2 week from the date of Interview)
•   Start recruiting & Advertisement through Newspapers
•   Interview : 1~3 days (Depend on volume of job order)
•   Medical Test : 3 days (If pending, need 2~3 weeks more)
•   Apply Visa : 1 day (Send passport & photos for the worker but fit to work
    only)
•    Visa issue : 2~4 weeks (Depend on Immigration office in Host country)
•   Request PTA (Pre-paid Ticket Advise) : 1 day
•   Processing POEA including insurance : 3 days
•   Deploy
•   Notes
•   Above period is working days only (Except Saturday, Sunday & Official
    Holidays)
•   Need 7 working days more for KSA, Qatar & Kuwait for visa stamping on
    passport)

POWER OF ATTORNEY A letter issued by the Employer authorizing M/S Chesna Manpower Services to act behalf of the Employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry out all necessary formalities related with the respective Embassy and the related agencies of the government of Philippines. ※To be attested by chamber of commerce & Philippines Embassy. EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT This agreement is made between the company (Employer) and the Employee on the company’s letterhead stating clearly and precisely all terms and conditions regarding manpower supply from Philippines. ※To be attested by chamber of commerce & Philippines Embassy. MANPOWER SUPPLY AGREEMENT This agreement is between two parties. And hereby both parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions and undertake to implement accordingly. ※No need attestation through Chamber of Commerce & Philippines Embassy.

Recruitment Process Screening of CV’s Continues sourcing thru affiliated PESO from the job • phone interview just for a confirmation if data’s in CV’s are correct fair all over Philippines,+ walk-in applicants + cv’s reviewing stored in our databank + advertisements in • Oral interview by our certified technical evaluator newspaper bulletin boards +live search engines on internet Pre-select the proper applicant by Chesna Evaluator to determine the qualifications of the positions applied for based on the job description of the client sent/forwarded to us • Facilitate final selection/interview of applicants by employer or its Refers applicant to take Trade Test to ensure of their authorized representatives. qualifications • If clients will not attend selection/interview, CV’s & any necessary materials will be forwarded to the principal through email & courier for their final evaluation and approval. For those selected will then have final offer discussing the salary, • Conduct Orientation to all the selected workers after the interview to discuss fully the terms & conditions of the employment contract, awareness of jobsite site and etc. •
