It includes: - Summarizing pending customer calls, analyzing returned parts from suppliers, and sending over 900 emails to technicians regarding leak issues with two appliance brands. Role Responsibilities:
• Use SAS to access Pending calls
• Contact Tech regarding Leak issue: Midea, Little Swan
• Send Over 900 emails (1/4 tech respond)
• Get field return Part, analyze return part, record data, and send part
back to supplier
• Finding: Gasket issue, calibration issue
• Supplier use data and if necessary implement change.

Auditing: Vent Hoods
• Done 2 auditing (restaurant and taper hoods), over
140unit
• Lead a team of 4 workers, conduct 80 point inspection on
the each hood, these inspection includes: Quality, safety,
literature, electrical, appearance, and packaging.
• On restaurant hood, problem with shelf attachment screw,
too big, lead to a rework on all restaurant hood.

• Make weekly Newsletter, and disturbed to over 100co-
ops
• Coordinate meeting, assigned task, publish newsletter.
Project: QR Code Implementation
• Implement QR codes onto PRC, Carton Labels, and Rating Plates;
Elica, and Midea.
• Elica:
• 8 BPCR total: Monogram, café hood, etc.
• Did first piece for all these BPCR
• Pitch out BPCR 114604 in CIB, got final approval
• Help closed all these BPCR
• Midea:
• BPCR 115373
• Dishwasher, Compactor, Disposal
• Personally Lead this BPCR, work with Midea, and
communicate with CIB team to Implement QR code.
Samsung Rotary Switch Project
• Samsung have 2 type of rotary switch, standardize to 1
• Worked with Samsung and my CIB team to get BPCR
approve.
• Obtained and Submitted Service part change form,
Technical Spec form, reliability test, Tox, and RoHS.
• Created presentation, and presented in CIB, waiting for
final approval to closed BPCR.
