Chaya has over a decade of experience designing and conducting training seminars on personal effectiveness for individuals, students, and organizations. She started her career in hospitality and worked at several prestigious hotels, including The Oberoi Grand Calcutta and Trident Chennai. After teaching hotel management subjects at a Hyderabad hotel school, she began freelancing as a trainer and worked with Diana Hotels, Club Mahindra, and Taj Hotels. Chaya has extensive experience training staff across all levels in soft skills, customer service, and various operational areas of hospitality. She now runs her own training business and has worked with many top companies.
