The Career Development Committee of the Charlotte Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel aims to help former and current in-house counsel who are unemployed, under-employed, unconfidently employed, or unhappily employed. The committee helps people assess their situation and plan job search strategies. It provides examples of documents, tools, and techniques to implement search strategies and offers networking opportunities through monthly meetings and additional events. Both job seekers and happily employed members are encouraged to get involved through pro bono activities, joining committees, and networking at chapter events.
