other areas that are most vulnerable to bacterial

Assembling and Disassembling a Vacuum Cleaner
Procedure:
1. Read the Specification of the machine
2. Read and follow application instruction
3. Assembling the parts
a. Place the hose on the sanction inlet
b. Assemble the other parts of machine
 4. Read application for different purposes
5. Switch on the power button
6. Operate the machine
7. Disassemble the machine
a.Switch off the machine b. Unplug the machine c. Disassemble the parts
A. Dispose garbage or water in the trash
B. Store in the storage room
8. Read carefully the caution for safety application to
prolong the life of the machine.
ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING OF THE
ELECTRIC FLOOR POLISHER
Procedure:
1. Mount the brush, adjust the handle
2. Read the operating instruction then
operate the machine.
3. Disassemble the machine
a. Unplug the machine
b. Tilt the machine backward until handle rests on the floor. Twist Brush counter clockwise direction until brush
bracket openings are in line with brush adaptor lugs. Then pull in outside to direct the brush.
c. Wipe the machine with damp cloth including the electrical cord, check if there are loose screw, if there are fix
before storing the machine
5. Read the maintenance instruction of the machine
SETTING-UP OF TROLLEY/CADDY
with cleaning materials according to establishment procedures
Procedure:
1. Prepare the Room boy’s Trolley
2. Clean and dust the shelves and containers before placing the guestroom supplies inside the
trolley.
3. Check for threads that might have twirled around the wheels. These threads will make it hard
for the cart to be pulled, thereby causing injury.
4. Check rubber bumper if they are worn out.
5. Check the screw or sharp edge that could catch your clothing and could cause cuts. Turn
around the Cart
6. Request for guest room supplies like linens, amenities, cleaning chemicals
and cleaning tools from your Supervisor.
7. Stock the trolley with the requested supplies according to allocated
par stock or according to the number of guests.
8. Label all the chemical sprayers to avoid
mixing
with other chemicals
9. Stock the cart by putting all the guestroom amenities on the top shelves.
10. Folded bed sheets and towels should be filed in the second shelf of the cart
11. Put all the chemicals at the lower level of the shelves including the tools like scouring pad, rags, spatula, etc.
12. Vacuum cleaner, dust pan and soft broom are to be placed on one side of the room boys cart (under
the trash bag)
13. Clean the soiled linen canvas and put plastic liner on the trash canvass.
