The Climate Change Agriculture and Poverty Alleviation (CCAPA) project empowers small-scale farmers in Chamwino district to advocate for climate-smart agriculture (C3S) policies. Following training, farmers formed an advocacy forum and engaged a broader community to address concerns about the inadequate support and implementation of C3S technologies. They call for decision-makers to integrate C3S practices into agricultural plans and promote their adoption to improve livelihoods.
