2.  Make new background, 8X8.
 Create new layer.
 Fill one layer light grey, and the background layer dark grey.
 Filter-render-clouds.
 Filter-render-clouds difference.
 Filter-render-lighting effects-spotlight.
 Select elliptical marquee tool-press shift and click to create
a circle around the planet.
 Fill marquee with pure black paint.
 Deselect marquee-filter-blur-Gaussean blur 140%.
