CellBOX-R is a programmable electronic pressure controller and logger designed to work with pressure reducing valves in water installations. It provides the ability to remotely change the operating point of valves on a daily schedule for workdays and holidays. This enables better stability of pressure while adjusting values to schedules. It also logs flow, input and output pressure, and provides remote data access and adjustment without mains power via a dedicated long-life battery.

CellBOX-R provides the ability to change the operating point of the main valve in daily rest cycle, for working days and holidays separately. In conjunction with the reducing valve's pilot system, CellBOX-R enables to achieve better stability of pressure, while adjusting its value to preset schedules. CellBOX-R is designed to provide higher reliability and greater flexibility of use than any conventional solution.

6. Water distribution systems are exposed to bursts and leakages the more frequently, the higher pressure is on transmission pipelines and the more rapidly are pressure changes. Therefore the simplest way to reduce the leakage and frequency of the bursts is to control and stabilize the pressure in the water networks and to reduce the pressure to a strict minimum. We offer access to the measurement data via the Internet (any standard WWW browser). We ensure safety at every stage of transmission: IPSec tunnels with 3DES encryption for connections with customers servers and SSL protocol for WWW access. Application of the CellBOX-R device in the pressure reduction system can significantly reduce the operating costs of the water supply network by intelligently adjusting the pressure to the real needs of the area supplied. The device is equipped with pressure and flow logger. Measurement of input and output pressure is obtained by pressure transducers installed at the main valve. Measurement results and alarm state signalization could be transmitted by GSM/GPRS to the SCADA system. Dedicated battery enables activity of CellBOX-R for up to 5 years*. CellBOX-R is fully compatible with the SCADA systems.
