The CBMP (Cluster Based Mentoring Program) is a 4-year program from 2010 to 2014 that aims to improve teacher and education manager performance in teaching and learning. The program enhances participants' knowledge, skills, and abilities through subject-based workshops and other activities totaling 400 hours over the course of the program. Mentors in the program focus on 4 main subjects and conduct follow-up visits with their assigned 25-30 mentees each month to provide support and feedback. Example topics covered in workshops include the solar system and environment, with hands-on activities and demonstrations. The program has led to success like increased student and teacher engagement, better lesson planning, and a more cooperative school environment.
