This document contains a personal qualities inventory worksheet to help individuals identify their strongest personal qualities and work performance traits. The worksheet lists 14 personal qualities and work performance traits and asks the individual to rate themselves as high, average, or low on each. It then asks the individual to describe examples of how they have demonstrated 5 of their high-rated qualities in the past and why an employer would want to hire someone with those qualities.

Being a self starter gives me the abilty to see what needs to be done and come up with
a plan to get the job done. Also, I have been blessed with being able to see the details
involved with a task, and doing a good job.
For each of your top five high-rated items, describe why an employer might want to
hire a person with this quality or trait.
Being a self-starter ,team player, hard worker, able to multi task, have attention to
detail: Bosses want to be confident that things are getting done when they turn their
back on employees, because if their team is made up of motivated people then they
know that tasks will be completed.
