This document discusses the use of causative verbs like "have" and "get" when talking about causing an action to be done by someone else rather than doing it yourself. It explains four constructions: 1) "have something done" to talk about paying for a service, 2) "get something done" which is less formal, 3) "have someone do something" to specify who did the action, and 4) "get someone to do something" which can imply persuading them to do it. Examples are provided for each construction.
