This week they plan to continue data collection and analysis while optimizing their pixel analysis method, fixing issues with live time being over 100%, testing different camera settings, continuing UI development, connecting to a database, and adding the app logo.

3. Brief Introduction
RX precise vacuum filter combines mechanical and electric machine, ceramic tube with micro-hole and ultra-
sound to separate solid and liquid depending on vacuum suction and capillary function with high efficiency and
energy-saving equipment; they are widely used for mine, metallurgy, chemical industry and environmental protec-
tion industry.
Working Principle
Slurry-sucking district: screen plate which is dipped in the slurry will be formed into one layer of filter cake
under capillary function and vacuum pressure, the liquid will enter into distributing valve and drain tan via screen
plate.
Cleaning district: spray the filter cake after coming out of the hopper.
Drying District: filter cake will be dehydrated under high vacuum function.
Discharging district: the scraper will discharge the materials automatically under non-vacuum state.
Back-cleaning district: Ceramic plates will be cleaned from inner part to outer part by industrial water or
filtrate which is passed through distributing valve.Then the jam left on the micro-hole is cleaned. After one period
of application, ceramic board should be cleaned with ultrasonic and acid with low concentration to let the board
work with high efficiency.

6. Introduction about RX Series of Ceramic Plates
RX whole ceramic filter plate is developed by our company through cooperating with several ceramic institutes
and absorbing foreign advanced technology, we provide our product to have high efficiency and save energy in an
environmentally friendly way. This production is mainly used for dehydration of concentrate minerals such as Gold,
Silver, Copper, Iron, Tin, Cobalt, Molybdenum, Chrome, Sulfur, Phosphorus, Aluminum, Zinc, Nickel and so on.
Also it fits for treatment of sewage and acid waste. The applicable range of materials is from -200mesh (covers 50%)
to 400mesh (covers 90%), and including micron materials. Our products have successfully won our user's confidence
due to its high separation rate, high separation precision, high operation efficiency and excellent technical economic
index, as well as extensive adaptability.
Ceramic Filter Plate is a kind of large porous ceramic disc which is fired by inorganic membrane making
technology. It has following characteristics: large filter area, high intensity and even aperture. Besides, the aperture
size can be adjusted according to actual demands. The basic material is alumina, it has good resistance to acid and
alkali. After a period of application, the ceramic filter board can be cleaned by cycle reverse cleaning, ultrasonic and
chemical cleaning agent and so on, to let the boards work with high efficiency.
Regarding firing process, traditionally the ceramic plate is consisted of two layers of plates which are glued
together to form inner channels. But after long term running, the glue will block the pores to cause "flower spots" on
the surface of the plates.
Considering this phenomenon, our company independently developed a new technology. Now the ceramic plate
is poured in one mould as a whole (We select a kind of special material, when firing under high temperature, this
material is volatilized to form the inner channels.)Thus, the "flower spots" will be avoided, also the ceramic plates
will have higher strength and not easy to be broken.
Recently, for mine production decreased obviously after several times ore absorption, our company developed a
new type of membrane surface. The porosity of the new membrane can reach 55.60%, the microporous inwalls are
smooth, and the tiny particles can pass smoothly in ore absorption process, so the jams will be reduced better.
Meanwhile, after long-term use and backwash, the regeneration ability is obvious, the service life is longer, so as to
achieve the maximum efficiency of plate surface, and improve the output.

ceramic filter plate is first developed by our company through combining with foreign advanced
design idea. This plate is a large area ceramic vacuum filter plate of low energy consumption and
environmentally, which is suitable for 144m2

Working Principle and Application Diagram
Firstly the ceramic screen plates which are dipped in the slurry will form a thick layer filter cake on the surface
of plates under vacuum pressure. The filtrate will go through the plates and then enter into distributing valve, finally
arrive in the vacuum barrel. In the dry district, the filter cake will be dehydrated under high vacuum function to
make it further dry. After that, the ceramic plates come into discharging district, the filter cake will be discharged by
the scraper and be delivered to the required place through conveyor belt.
Finally ceramic plates enter into back- cleaning district. The filter liquid will go into the ceramic plates through
distributing valve in order to clean the jam left on the micro-holes. Thus a cycle of filter operation is finished. After a
long period of application, it can be combined cleaned by ultrasonic and chemical cleaning agent to keep the ceram-
ic filter working with high efficiency.
