Fashion week is an event lasting approximately one week where fashion designers and brands display their latest collections through runway shows. During this time, buyers can view the newest trends. A typical schedule includes runway shows during the day, followed by red carpet events and after parties in the evenings. Well-known designers like Versace, Burberry, Dior, and Marc Jacobs showcase their lines, while important figures in the fashion industry attend to see what will be popular in the upcoming season.
Fashion Show Presentation
The Five Sisters are hosting a fashion show called Rockapulco that will showcase Roberto Cavalli's Fall 2012 collection and be inspired by the rainforest, taking place at Navy Pier on June 1st, featuring drummers, models, and acrobats to transport the audience to the jungle alongside Cavalli's exotic fashions, with proceeds benefiting the charity Rock for Kids.

Poster construction
Joe Burke created a poster to advertise his documentary. He rotated the page 90 degrees for a horizontal format. He added a full page background image and used the inverse and black and white filters to make the characters stand out. Joe then created a title by cropping and arranging hand-drawn letters and numbers. He blurred the background image and carefully positioned and edited three character images on the poster. Finally, Joe added text and a logo, and applied a blue tint to match the serious tone of his documentary.

Questionnaire results
(1) The questionnaire results show that pop music is the most popular genre while blues is the least favorite, so a pop music magazine would have broad appeal.
(2) Many artists are enjoyed by respondents, so it will be easy to write articles on a variety of artists.
(3) Most people listen to music for 2-8 hours a day, showing there is a high chance people will buy music magazines.
(4) More people said they would buy a music magazine than said they wouldn't, but there is still competition.

MODEL #1 This is Casey, he is a student at cardinal Newman school and I choose him to be one of my models because he is well dressed and has some facial hair so it would be believable if he was to paly the role of a teacher, I also chose him because he is easy to get hold of; due to the fact him being on the school site regularly.

MODEL #2 This is Dan, And I chose him as a model because he is well dressed and has quite a deep voice so he seems mature and would fit in the role of a teacher well, I also chose Dan because he has studied Drama at A level and has preformed in numerous plays so I know he is a skilled Actor and would preform whatever role he plays at a high level, which may also make the documentary look more professional
- 4. MODEL #3 This is Ryan, I choose him as a potential student as he is casually dressed and his voice isn’t particularly deep so he wouldn’t be able to play the role of a teacher even though he is tall and has some light stubble.
- 5. MODEL #4 This is Alastair and i chose him to be a model because like Casey he is well dressed and has some facial hair which makes him look older and would allow him to play the role of a teacher. However he isn’t very tall which may make people think he is younger and therefore result in the documentary looking unrealistic.
