The CMO Imperative - Tackling New Digital RealitiesBoris Loukanov
The document discusses how new digital media like social media, mobile advertising, online video, and tablets are transforming marketing. It finds that marketers are increasingly shifting budgets to digital while still relying heavily on television. Building capabilities for digital requires planning budgets, developing internal skills, making outsourcing decisions, and navigating agency relationships. There are no perfect answers but an emphasis on flexibility and experimentation is important for adapting to ongoing changes in the marketing landscape.

Measuring the ROI of SharePoint in your organizationEdgewater
The document discusses measuring the return on investment (ROI) of SharePoint implementations. It explains that ROI is difficult to calculate for SharePoint as benefits are often intangible. However, studies have shown ROI can be proven by clearly defining goals. The document provides examples of ROI methodologies and benefits of SharePoint like improved productivity. It emphasizes starting with a clearly defined business problem and metrics to measure impact. A demo shows calculating indirect benefits and sample ROI worksheets. Best practices include linking value to project milestones and using common business language.

- Are you implementing the right business intelligence strategy?
- Are your product ideas aligned with your business and innovation growth strategies?
- Is your product portfolio balanced across product type, risk, time, resources and ROI?
When delivering business intelligence solutions, getting meaningful data into the hands of the right people in ways they'll understand and use is extremely important. By bringing together this information you'll empower your customers to more accurately analyze business failures and successes, and your product team can make better decisions about how to improve your product.
Managing data is a big challenge, especially for companies looking to improve their customer experience. Often data gathering is chaotic because it doesn't just come from one source and each source is not always managed by the same team, or even by the people who need to guide critical decisions based on facts.
Join Hector Del Castillo as he shares insights and case studies on ways to bring together different data sources, and connect the dots between your customers’ data and the actions your team takes to minimize risk and improve customer satisfaction.
Key takeaways from participating in this webinar:
- The best way to approach business intelligence solutions
- How to help your customers identify key performance indicators
- How to display metrics in an actionable way
- How to leverage insights and turn them into action

Giuliano Noci - Marketing Camp 3 - Innovative Day all'interno di Innovation C...tagore

anelli, bracciali, collane, gemelli, orecchini e spille.

dell’oggetto;
aggiunto del prodotto anche per giustificare il prezzo, spesso elevato, di vendita;
3. possibile sfruttamento dei domini “.pro” già acquisiti;
efficacemente.

8. I social network sono strumenti strategici per
coinvolgere e mantenere i contatti con i clienti
già acquisiti e allo stesso momento mezzi per
attivare un meccanismo di passaparola che
permetta di farsi conoscere dai potenziali
consumatori. Il requisito fondamentale di tali
canali di comunicazione è l’aggiornamento
frequente. In tal modo oltre a trasmettere al
consumatore la percezione di un buon servizio
è possibile pubblicizzare direttamente le
diverse iniziative organizzate.
La sponsorizzazione di questi
eventi, la comunicazione del lancio
di nuovi prodotti e di particolari
promozioni dovrebbe aver luogo
anche attraverso un servizio di
newsletter.
