• In Case you can not find anyone from above point then hire 7
interns on stipend of 10K Per Month for 7 Months ( 5 hours
working 5 Days/Week), Total Budget Left : 20L-4.9L=15.1L
4. • Team Creation: Make Teams of 2 Interns Each, keep 1 intern for
more fund raising and searching sponsors.
• Working Timing : If Volunteers are student intern then keep
Tuesday and Wednesday as off || Saturday and Sunday ( Morning
10 AM to 4 PM) || Monday ,Thursday , Friday ( 3 Hours per day
Post their class timing)
• Non-Students and non working Professionals Volunteer (Monday
to Friday, 10 AM to 2 PM) || Working Professional( 4-5 hours on
Weekends)
• On Basis of above specified timing make volunteers visit different
slums.
5. • Sell Dreams : If the volunteers are able to make each student dream about a person
they want to become then motivation will come from within. Be it a dream of
becoming Businessman, Actor, Engineer, Advocate or whatever.
• Feed Subconscious Mind: Try to feed their subconscious mind with an image of Hard
working person as an Ideal Personality.
• Each Child is Different: Train Volunteer to find out specific interest of each child as
each students may be interested in different domain like
Math, Arts, History , Science, Poetry(Introvert Student) , Public
Speaking (Extrovert Ones)
6. • Story Telling: Tell stories about individuals who grew from poverty and turn out to be
successful person.
• Gifts/ Refreshments/Rewards: Take gifts for students in each volunteer meet so that
they may get interested to come.

7. • Expert / Professional Training: Hire Professional Trainers for
each slums to give motivational session and conduct
interactive learning activities After each 15 Days .
Trainer’s Fee : 5000/Session => 5000* 14 Session * 2 Slums= 1.4 L
Organizing Exp : 2000/Session=>56k || Total Cost = 2L
Budget Left : 7L-2L= 5L
• With Remaining Budget of 5 L Hire 2 Experts or freelancer
consultant for each slum to Monitor Change in the behaviour
of Students. (40K Per Month *2 Experts * 3= 2.4L)
• Identify and Award those whose dedication has increased
and we can see noticeable change in their performance.
8. • Organise Personality tests of Students to monitor Behaviour.
• Track Attendance of students and Award them accordingly.
• Cost Incurred During 8-10 Month= 2.4L Expert Salary + 60K Award=
3L || Budget Left =5L-3L = 2L
• Evaluate success of this 12 month program , make strategy for
improvements. Implement these strategy into next program.
• Analyze the collected data throughout the year to identify trends,
patterns, and correlations. This can inform program adjustments and

• Provide continuous training for mentors, focusing on effective strategies
for building confidence and motivation in their mentees.
