TAP (Technical Assistant for Poor) provides vocational training to people in rural areas of Rajasthan, India with no educational background. Over 80 people are currently receiving training in welding, mechanics, plumbing, and other skills. TAP aims to reduce poverty by providing skills that allow people to work within India or abroad. Trainees receive a daily scholarship of 70 rupees and job placement assistance after completing their training. Revenue is generated through a small percentage of trainees' salaries once employed. The goal is to create sustainable employment opportunities for impoverished communities.

• Provide the people of India with basic industry skills and tools so that they
can serve a better life. Hence creating a workforces which can serve in
other countries too.

• Reduce poverty and create an ecosystem where an Indian with no
educational background can also survive in this technical era.
4. CURRENT SCENARIO OF ‘TAP’
• We are currently working in villages of Jhunjhunu District in Rajasthan.
• With over 80 people currently taking training in there interested basic jobs(
welding, mechanic, plumber, window repairers, dish tv repairs, car driving)
from well established shops which provide services to customers.
• We are having Jai Dayal Dalmia group as our investors. Our few trained
workers are working under group.
• We haven't collaborated with Local thekhedars(contractors ),UrbanClap,
House joy and quikr services but in upcoming days we are planning to Collab
with them as soon as our workforce is ready.
5. WHY CHOOSE US
• No educational background required ,anyone who wants to learn can
register in our organisation. Age limit is 18 -65 years.
• We are providing them scholarship for each day learning. Rs 70/per day,
refreshments too will be provided.
• After training we will be guiding you towards a decent job and other
financial documents.
• After completion of the job they will receive the pension as per the type job.
9. MARKETING STRATEGY
• Representing our organisation in local fairs(MELA) and other events .
• Providing bonus to the registered user if he is able to register a new
candidate.
• Door to Door publicity: Our volunteers are the people from villages who
are retired from army and want to help in the development of the villages
are contacting with the other villages via approaching them.
10. COST MODAL
• Costs on each person:
a) Everyday scholarship 70/per day.
b) Money to shopkeepers(trainers): 3000-4000/month(refreshments
included)
• Total cost on average per person = 5500/month.
• Bonus to existing users =3000/months(assuming 10 referred users)
11. REVENUE MODAL
• % share from workers = 5% of their salary ( for pf and our share) .
• FD from there salary share, also investing in mutual funds.
• After collaboration with higher firms we would be charging 2% from them
for our services .
