A 20-year-old male presented with small ulcers in his lower lip for 15 days with pain and burning sensation. He reported a history of similar recurring ulcers in his mouth every month since childhood. Examination revealed pale oral mucosa with small ulcers on the lower lip, tongue, floor of mouth, buccal mucosa, and hard palate. A probable diagnosis of recurrent minor aphthous ulcers was made. Treatment with Enziclor gel, Nitiles drops, and Vitamin C tablets was provided for one week with follow up scheduled to check the response.
