What kind of support system do you have?
Century 21 AllPoints has managers in every office that you can talk to face-
to-face. You can walk into any office and get answer to any questions you
have.
What services do you have that will give me an
advantage?
AllPoints Mortgage- Our in house mortgage company
Century 21 Home Warranty- Insurance for your client where they can get
practically everything insured for the 1st year. Your client gets more money
and will sell their home faster.
Transaction Management Online- A program designed to help agents
prepare for the sale of a home and reassurance that everything has been
completed prior to closing.
Lead Router- According to the National Association of Realtors, a client will
typically work with the first agent they get into contact with. With this
system available for our agents, this assures that when somebody calls on
your listing, YOU get them first.
What is your average commission?
The average commission check for our office is $4,000 per closing. This is a
number that all top producing companies should know. If you ask this
question and they don’t know, I would think twice about working with
them.
Do you have an ‘Expectation Letter’?
Yes. It’s best to have everything in black and white so you know exactly what

No! We offer FREE agent training for all our agents NEW and EXPERIENCED. Our

Do I have to pay any office fees with
Century 21 AllPoints Realty?
No! We want our agents prospecting and earning money instead of being
chained to a desk paying office fees. You don’t pay Century 21 AllPoints anything
until you have a transaction.
Do I have to work in this area only?
No! Your work space is the entire state of Connecticut!
Do I have to work for Century 21 AllPoints for 2 years?
No. If you get hired today and want to leave tomorrow you are free to go.
Is the State Test Hard?
It is not an easy test, however, most potential agents that take the test pass on
their first try. The state wants you to be able to not only know the material but
understand it as well. You will have 60 hours of class training to learn. You will
pass!
