We cover a new approach that is now available due to the eagerly awaited Jobs Act (Title III Federal Crowd Funding), as well as Direct Public Offerings (DPOs), and–specific to California–how CA coop corporations can raise up to $1,000 per investor by selling memberships to residents of CA.
