1. What is Calm Mind?
1.          Calm Mind is a sign of wisdom of Interdependence
            and inner strength.
2.          Calm Mind takes a neutral stance.
               *No arrogance to inferiors
               *No jealousy to superiors
3.          Calm Mind brings us the ultimate happiness of
            inner peace (mental state with full of Love &
            Compassion and no Suffering, different from
            sensorial satisfaction relying on external matters
            like music & sport).

3. How to gain Calm Mind
Through the control of our mind
       1.    From minus to zero (To eliminate suffering)
            1.   Reduce self-centered mind (Attachment, Greed, Arrogance…etc.)
            2.   Control destructive emotions (Anger, Hatred, Jealousy, Fear,
                 Sorrow…etc.) through Patience, Tolerance, Forgiveness…etc.
            3.   Don’t carry out negative actions to avoid negative consequences.
       2.    From zero to plus (To increase happiness)
            1.   Increase altruistic mind or reason (Compassion, Warm-heart,
                 Gentleness, Kindness…etc.)
            2.   Practice compassion & positive actions to obtain benefits.
            3.   Keep calm mind, peace of mind, inner peace.
