1. Wounded heart is a sign of arrogance. Because the
motivation of a wounded heart is justification for
your goodness.
2. Wounded heart is also a sign of inner weakness.
Because people with inner strength don’t have to
blame others for their inconvenience.
3. Wounded heart is a self-centered ego which arises
unconsciously and becomes the source of sufferings.

1. People with a wounded heart suffer from
destructive emotions through blaming other people
and lose peace of mind.
2. They don’t try to find out the source of sufferings
within themselves, so they will lose a good
opportunity to correct their inner weakness.
3. As a result, they will create unnecessary sufferings.

5. 3. How to prevent a wounded heart
1. We will never be hurt by other people if we have
self-confidence, inner strength through compassion.
Because we don’t have to be shaken by others,
whatever they do to us.
2. Then we will be able to keep calm mind through
self-confidence and inner strength. And our calm
mind will prevent a wounded heart.
3. Even if a wounded heart arises, we can eliminate it.
