1. What is Depression?
            1.   Depression is a desperate situation due to
                 hopelessness and pessimism.
            2.   Depressed people are full of destructive
                 emotions: fear, sorrow, loneliness, insecurity,
                 anxiety, worry, demoralization…etc.
            3.   Depressed people just don’t know how to
                 control mind and emotions.

2. What are influences of Depression?
            1.   Mental Projection: can’t see the reality due to
                 narrow-minded, short-sighted, biased,
                 attached and subjective view. (Holistic view
                 is lacking.)
            2.   No realistic approach: can’t achieve the vision
                 due to unrealistic analysis and action.
            3.   Bad health: due to too much stress.

3. Why is Depression caused?
            Due to:
            1.  Loneliness, Insecurity & Anxiety (Lack of Trust from others)
            2.  Lack of Honesty, Truthfulness & Transparency
            3.  Hypocrisy (Lack of Open heart)
            4.  Suspicion, Fear & Distrust (Lack of Trust to others)
            5.  Lack of Self-confidence (Lack of Trust to yourself)
            6.  There is something to hide
            7.  Ill-feelings to others
            8.  Self-centered mind (Attachment, Greed, Arrogance …etc.)
            9.  Ignorance of “Interdependence”

4. How to tackle Depression
            From minus to zero (To eliminate suffering)
            1.   Reduce self-centered mind (Attachment, Greed, Arrogance…etc.)
            2.   Control destructive emotions (Anger, Hatred, Jealousy, Fear,
                 Sorrow…etc.) through Patience, Tolerance, Forgiveness…etc.
            3.   Don’t carry out negative actions to avoid negative consequences.

            From zero to plus (To increase happiness)
            1.   Increase altruistic mind or reason (Compassion, Warm-heart,
                 Gentleness, Kindness…etc.)
            2.   Keep calm mind, peace of mind or inner peace.
            3.   Practice compassion & positive actions to obtain benefits.
