This document outlines the agenda and activities for Lesson #4 of the Business Communication course. The lesson includes 30 second pitch presentations by students, a review of communication strategies and the Pyramid Principle. Students will work in groups to develop pyramids for various scenarios. The assignment is for groups to develop a 12-minute communication strategy presentation applying Munter's concepts to a case study about Erik Peterson.

• In the Erik Peterson Case, there were many instances of
miscommunication, that caused a breakdown in management and
operations. Using Munter’s concept of communication strategy, develop a
communication strategy plan for Erik Peterson.
• Be sure to identify the strategies for communicator, audience, message,
channel choice, and culture.
• Students will work in groups of 4-5 .
• Each presentation should be approximately 12 minutes in length.
• You need to include PowerPoint slides in your presentation.
