launch mission for AmRest’s Madrid-based
Restauravia Group, serving as the ‘La
Tagliatella’ Brand’s Global Franchise
Director, and followed up by performing in
similar roles with the rapidly growing US
“Craft Hospitality” concept, ‘World of Beer’,
and with the Dubai-based Zuhour Group’s
‘Zaroob Street Eatery’ brand. Additionally,
collaboration continues with strategic
partners including the iFranchise Group for
international franchise projects and
development assignments primarily in the
Foodservice and Automotive sectors. Of
particular note was the 2011-12 launch of a
franchise-modeled new dealership program
in Saudi Arabia for Nissan’s sole distributor
as the Divisional GM.
