vision of the outbound markets of Europe and the Americas to Spain and the Caribbean.
Very knowledgeable on the product needs of the wholesalers after 14 years in senior executive
positions in purchasing and product with TUI in the UK and Signature Vacations in Canada.
Over the last 7 years, Richard has successfully leaded the Sales & Marketing team and division
of Occidental Hotels & Resorts, with the complexity of managing international teams, multi-
distribution channels and the emergence and integration of new technologies.
Joanne Wilkinson
Partner & Managing Director
With more than 30 years’ experience in Tourism, Joanne is a highly motivated, professional and
dynamic Senior Manager with proven track record in the commercial and operational areas. Joanne
has worked for the Tui Group for over 25 years with principle focus on UK & Ireland, Nordic and
other source markets and the last 2 years has been working for Dnata Travel Group in Spain.
Joanne’s experience includes managing overseas teams, developing new and differentiated
products, supplier management, planning and contract negotiations, management of yield, incoming
agency and more recently acquired skills in the online distribution platforms.
