Khalil Abou Fadel
Senior Executive Consultant, with over
20 years of leadership and management
experience in Restaurant Franchising
and FMCG sectors, across the Gulf and
MENA region, leveraging managerial,
financial, operations, marketing and
supply chain expertise to position companies and brands for
maximum growth and revenue.
Khalil was the General Manager of Burger King in the MENA
region, General Manager of King Food in Lebanon and Vice-
President of Kout Food Group, Kuwait.
Khalil also held the position of “Chairman of the Pizza Hut
Franchises” for MENA region 2007-2010; Established and
headed the Burger King MENA Franchisee Coop 2012-2014.
Khalil holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from
the American University of Beirut and a Graduate Diploma in
management from McGill University, Montreal.
Serge Blanchard

specializing in the design and implementation of
Business Intelligence, Forecasting, Planning &
Budgeting Solutions, including the implementation and
redesign of transactional ERP and CRM systems.
Carlos has worked since 1995 in hundreds of successful
ERP, CRM and BI projects with clients in the private
sector, including Hitachi Europe, BOSCH, McDonald's,
Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, SITA.aero, Willis, IE Business
School and others.
Carlos holds an International/Global Executive MBA
from the IE Business School in Madrid, and a Bachelor
of Science and a Bachelor of Commerce from the
University of Toronto. Additionally, he has obtained
numerous technical certifications and is a specialist
lecturer in business schools and seminars in the areas of
