Business theory is a collective of methods, analysis, technology, planning, forecasting, and philosophies
that impact the environment of the USA Discussion Group. We strongly believe in leadership.
Leadership is the key factor to our success. It makes up the business predictions and analyzes its
goals. We use the internal and external forecasts to analyze the internal and external environments for
the best business results. Better business results involve engaging in the practical theories that are
used in the internal and external environment. Using leadership style, we select the right leader for the
job. Therefore, we have a thorough understanding of leadership and work performance. Developing
psychological behaviors and sociological relationships with both the internal and external environment
give us the leading edge to change theories and philosophies for the commonwealth of the community.
As an independent community aims toward an international association consisting of Pakistan, India,
Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya, including other international communities that growing in our community.

Our discussion is related to everyday conversations. We
based our discussion on meeting someone for the first
time and trying to get to them. Our Topics are usually
global warming and the agricultural industry. However, we
are very different than other discussion groups because
our discussion topic on global warming is International
Global Warming effects. Our members attend our
discussion group to meeting different people from around
the world. They want to understand culture and language
barriers. But mainly want to meet people from different
countries. Sometimes, they go to discuss topics to get
away from the normal or because they are sad and need
to get around people and others go to discussion topics to
learn something about a topic. People from all walk of life
