EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Wicky Wacky Waffle is a new food cart business that will be managed and
operated by the Business Administration’s Financial Management Major students.
Their key partners are the investors and suppliers. They are there to commit in
order to earn a financial money. And for the suppliers, they are the one who gives
the needs in order to build the said product. The Key Activities are the management
who always conduct or supervising the business, the marketing that in-charge in
the process of promoting, selling and distributing the product, the promotional
activities that is needed for the product to be purchase, the accounting that
summarizes the business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying and
reporting the results and lastly for creating awareness. The Value Propositions are
the healthy waffle, accessible location. The high performance of staffs is also
important to keep the customers satisfied on how the staffs works. Efficient selling
skills is achieved by effective marketing of the Wicky Wacky Waffle. And The use
of Famous “Hugot names” in every product that will be made. The Key Resources
of the business are brand and patent, people, store and utilities. The channels that
the business will use are the social media, pamphlets, highway and near the school.
INDUSTRY
Wicky Wacky Waffle is a new food cart business. Nowadays, majority of the
places in the Philippines has its own signature food or dish just like the “Pancit
Habhab” in Quezon, “Kapeng Barako” and "Lomi” in Batangas, and “Bagoong” in
Balayan. Aside from that, restaurants had become ubiquitous in our country since
many businessmen established their own restos and became famous their
signature dish and menus. That is why the entrepreneurs come up to innovate the
said waffle. Wicky Wacky Waffle will serve healthy and delicious waffles that are
freshly baked very day. It is made from leavened dough flavored with malunggay
leaves that is cooked between two plates that are patterned in order to give a
characteristic size, shape and surface impression with the finest ingredients. It may
be made fresh or simple heated after having precooked and frozen.

 The Type of Business
Food cart businesses are the most popular among all the franchises in the
Philippines and with a food business; it will be easy to find your target market.
Putting up a food cart business can be a big source of opportunity for an
entrepreneur because of a small startup of cost and high return. First factor that it
might be a source of opportunity is the location wherein the location will be near
at the schools of Gardner International School, San Antonio Elementary School and
San Pascual Senior High School 1. Second is that the school has a great population
of 4000+ students that will buy the product being offered by the food cart business.
Also, another reason why I see Food cart business will be a great source of
opportunity because it will be a new product that is being sold by the canteens.
Also, the students will be attracted to buy the product because they will see first
the eye-catching food cart design of the business. Third, this food cart business will
offer a product that the buyer will never get a battle of his/her mind and heart
because the products has innovative menus and will increase your craving ability
and the students will not hesitate to buy because it will be sold at very affordable
price.
 Location
Wicky Wacky Waffle will be located across the school at San Antonio, San
Pascual Batangas. Luckily, it is near where the three schools are located. Gardner
International School, San Antonio Elementary School and San Pascual Senior High
School 1.
PRODUCT AND SERVICE
Product quality is critical in the food industry, for that reason, Wicky wacky
waffle will use multiple methods to ensure product quality, all waffle will be made
from with fresh ingredients this waffle will also all be cooked the proper amount of
time, and any expired waffleb will be disposed of. The company will also focus on
cleanliness and sanitation. Employee will be required to wash their hands
frequently and clean the kitchen regularly. Innovations will also be the goal of
Wicky wacky waffle. one way in which these will be conquered is true creating new
flavors of waffle.
We make waffle with the aim to meet consumers' desire for variety of food
from the moringga. Here, we use quality materials and high quality as the
manufacture of the product. We offer these products to consumers who feel like
to taste the moringga waffle with a very affordable price. We innovate according
to consumer demand for this type of waffle. We provide a variety of flavors such
as Hotdog waffle, Ham and Cheese waffle, Chocolate waffle, Tuna waffle, Cheesy
waffle. We sell these pancakes in the city of San pascual, Batangas to meet
consumer desires we provide pre-order system so that consumers get the products
they want. Consumers will be attracted by a variety of strategies and innovations
provided by the business owner. Because the waffles are being made on the spot,
the time frame between making the dough and baking the waffles is very little.
However, it is possible that you make the dough, bake thewaffles in advance and
heat them up later on, especially when you still had some dough at the end of the
previous day, but this doesn’t cause any problems. After heating the waffle up for
30seconds, it is ready to be served and will taste as fresh as it would.

equipment’s, furniture and fixtures, and utilities supplies.
Food cart
The proponents consider a small cost to a food cart with decorations to
accommodate the employer, employees and customers. The food cart will be a
basic style that allows the vendor to sit or stand inside and serve food through a
window and all the rooms in the cart is used for storage and cooking machinery
surface.
The business logo and name are presented in a signage at front of the
building for the business’s recognition. There will also be a standing tarpaulin to be
placed in front of the office which will showcase the product proposed by the firm.
Legal Environment
The only legal requirement in the development of this product is the
trademark of the name used in every package. Other concerns include
contamination, a bad work environmental food safety standard, all which are
already monitored carefully and will go unchanged with this addition.
Personnel
Wicky Wacky Waffle consists of skilled workers, approximately 10 hourly
employees and upper level management. The hourly staff will increase during
summer due to the higher product demand. There are specific standards for each
product produced and each employee must be able to perform within these
standards. The pay structure consists of both hourly and salaried wages. Training
for the hourly employees is comprised of food safety, health standards and
production procedures.
Inventory
The inventory will consist of raw materials, supplies, semi-finished and finished
goods. Raw materials are limited to sugar. Semi-finished goods include the cream
cheese, butter and other flavorings. Supplies include sticks, packaging, and boxes.

It is the “acceptability of market” that should be considered, in putting up a
business, including the geographical location, and economic condition. Various
techniques and strategies are used by the proponents in selecting the perfect
location for the proposed business. They considered availability of resources,
accessibility to the potential customers, location cost, and the environment of the
business, which fall under the food industry. A food type business should be
situated near residential areas. Thus, the “Wicky Wacky Waffle” will be located in
San Pascual, Batangas City. 2-3 years from now, we aim to left a strong brand image
in our consumers mind and to establish a well-known name not only in the
Philippines but in other country as well.

Wicky Wacky Waffle is owned by a corporation business entity that offers a
good quality product that is new to customer’s taste within the area of San Pascual
Batangas. The proposed business will be one of the excellent businesses on its field.
Through researches about the existing food business firms, the proponents had an
idea on how to operate this kind of business.

Our mission is to established a strong tasty Wicky Wacky Waffle by offering
a freshly baked waffle at affordable price to serve everyone with the high level of
efficiency in making innovative product and to develop a creative and assertive
human resource.
Vision
Our vision is to sell the product in fast, friendly-environment that appeals to
consumer budget.
Methodology
The proponents decided to propose Wicky Wacky Waffle to satisfy the choice
of snack for people. They also know that waffle snack will satisfy the day of anyone
who eats it. They gathered information about the target market’s needs and wants.
Marketing Strategies
In order to sustain a high demand for Wicky Wacky Waffle, the business
would create different marketing strategies in promoting it. Wicky Wacky Waffle
strategy will be based on communicating waffle snack value to the targeted
segments. The social media will be the main source of advertisement for our
business, knowing that social media is a powerful tool promoting products/services
and in connecting with different people. The business will also provide flyers and
post tarpaulins on the streets.
The promotion of the proposed business includes:

This will be distributed to the people for them to have background
information about the product.

This will make an advertisement for the people to notice that Wicky Wacky
Waffle is existing.

This will be displayed and posted in the food cart and around the area in
Batangas City to make the product be known to the people.

hesitate to buy because it will be sold at very affordable price.

The project will not only benefit the owners but also the community.
We all know that the small businesses like this project can help to improve
the community by the tax base in the local economy. Also Supporting local
businesses also helps your fellow community members who work at them.
As an effort to further invest in local job creation, some communities have
gone so far as to create a small business development center that teaches
entrepreneurial skills to the local population.

This project in turn, can realize competitive advantages by employing a local
focus in their service and marketing activities. Major benefits of this project in the
local economy include a boost in employment and discretionary income in the
community, tax income increases for local governments and a loyal customer base
for this business.

owner of a business can makes use of the employee’s skills and capabilities.

This project has realized that going beyond environmental compliance makes good

followed.

Their key partners are the investors and suppliers. They are there to commit in order to earn a financial money. And for the suppliers, they are the one who gives the needs in order to build the said product. The Key Activities are the management who always conduct or supervising the business, the marketing that in-charge in the process of promoting, selling and distributing the product, the promotional activities that is needed for the product to be purchase, the accounting that summarizes the business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying and reporting the results and lastly for creating awareness. The Value Propositions are the healthy waffle, accessible location. The high performance of staffs is also important to keep the customers satisfied on how the staffs works. Efficient selling skills is achieved by effective marketing of the Wicky Wacky Waffle. And The use of Famous “Hugot names” in every product that will be made. The Key Resources of the business are brand and patent, people, store and utilities. The channels that the business will use are the social media, pamphlets, highway and near the school. INDUSTRY Wicky Wacky Waffle is a new food cart business. Nowadays, majority of the places in the Philippines has its own signature food or dish just like the “Pancit Habhab” in Quezon, “Kapeng Barako” and "Lomi” in Batangas, and “Bagoong” in Balayan. Aside from that, restaurants had become ubiquitous in our country since many businessmen established their own restos and became famous their signature dish and menus.
