Strengths
The marketing strategy was powerful.
•People like the new strategy and
marketing policy
•Multiple products
Weakness
Changing the ownership frequently
•The company was owned by irrelevant owner
having no idea
•Could not manage the growth
•Focus was specific like male only
Threats
•Strong rival like Mc Donald’s
•Wendy’s & others.
Opportunities
•Chances to open franchise in virgin
land like middle east
Conclusion
The company had a struggled a lot during its journey and tried
numerous ideas to sustain. Most of the ideas seems working for the
sustainability and is able to spread to many countries in the world. With
the case study of the Burger king, we came to know that if there are
quality people with the strong vision and thoughts success is not far. The
proper planning and strategy is equally important. But still, it is very
challenging to maintain the growth and sustainability.
Recommendation
The major areas where the company need to focus are as follows: -
a) The annual revenue is steadily declining, hence need to work lot to compete
with rivals like Mc Donalds, Starbucks ,KFC and Dominos etc.
b) Since now a days all are concerned with the health, it should focus on
quality and healthy food.
c)Monitoring and controlling all the franchises is also equally important.
d)Taking Customers feedback and implementation can be effective.
e)Reducing the cost and improving the quality is another challenge in this
competitive world.
