OUR VISION
To truly be the Church on the hill with the CROSS,
reaching out to the Gem Valley and beyond to the whole
world. We believe all generations need the Gospel, and
have a special concern for the younger generations to
come to Christ, and to His Church. Hence, we will re-
main committed to effective ministry to all age groups;
but we will specifically strive to strengthen our ministry
to youth, as God grants us opportunity.

WORLD MISSION PRAYERS
PRAISES
Wilmer and Jessica Rojas (missionaries in Argentina), and their two
boys, were involved in a car accident in Buenos Aires last week. Their
vehicle is totaled, but they are okay and are giving thanks for God’s
protection. Please pray for them as they work finding a replacement
vehicle and with the auto insurance company.
PRAY FOR
A blast at a Protestant church in northwest Pakistan killed at
least 72 people and wounded more than 120, a local hospi-
tal said on Sunday, September 22. May the comfort and
peace of Christ be evident in the midst of this tragedy.
Please pray for everyone who was in the Nairobi, Kenya,
shopping mall on September 21 when gunmen began
shooting. Pray for those who have lost loved ones and for
those who are injured. Pray also for the shooters, that the
love of Christ can find its way into their hearts. Missionary
and Field Strategy Coordinator Don Gardner shared on
September 23:
“We have learned that two members of our church have
lost loved ones. Although the situation is very difficult and
tense, Kenyans are strong and are determined this won’t
slow them down. Thousands are donating blood at various
hospitals and Red-Cross centers all over Kenya.
Spontaneous volunteers are on sight cooking breakfast
and tea for the soldiers, police, and journalists who are
faithfully holding their positions. All Nazarene nationals and
missionaries are safe. Several have given blood,
according to their posts on FB and Twitter.”
“Be still and know that I am God! I will be honored by every
nation. I will be honored throughout the world.”
