OUR VISION
To truly be the Church on the hill with the CROSS,
reaching out to the Gem Valley and beyond to the whole
world. We believe all generations need the Gospel, and
have a special concern for the younger generations to
come to Christ, and to His Church. Hence, we will remain committed to effective ministry to all age groups;
but we will specifically strive to strengthen our ministry
to youth, as God grants us opportunity.

1st Sunday In Emmett, November 17.



Our Friends at Emmett Church of the Nazarene, Please know
how deeply we appreciate your kindness in donating $250 to our
Fire Rebuilding Fund. It is a real encouragement to belong to the
family of God in Emmett! May the Lord richly bless you in return.



Thank you for praying in September for the armed conflict that
took place in the Zamboanga City area of the Philippines. The
conflict is now officially over but the fallout will remain for many
months to come. People are displaced and there is a tangible
need for expressions of the love of Christ to be evident. Please
pray for Nazarene workers in this city, that they will be the light
and hands of Jesus to people who are suffering.



Sunil Dandge, field strategy coordinator for India, sent out an urgent request on October 11 for the people in the costal areas of
Orissa and Andra Pradesh, India, as a super cyclone called
“Phailin” approached. As of October 14, it was reported that 21
people lost their lives and we ask for prayers for their families and
friends. The last time a storm of this magnitude struck India, thousands of lives were lost. “The government took a lot of precautionary measures so the most vulnerable people (those who live on
the banks of the sea) were protected,” said Rev. Dandge. He also
added, “There are not reports of damage to any Nazarene
churches so far.” Please be in prayer for anyone affected by the
cyclone.



The Asia-Pacific Region has requested focused prayer for the
Melanesia South Pacific Field, the ministry staff and national leaders! May God make known His will and may all be sensitive in
hearing and seeking Him! God is providing opportunities for His
power to be made known!

Back In Time November 3 8:30 - 10:30 A.M.

CHURCH FAMILY PRAYERS

“The only live that won’t disappoint you is one that can’t change, that
can’t be lost, that is not based on the ups and downs of life or how
well you live. It is something that not even death can take away from
you. God’s love is the only thing like that.”
