OUR VISION
To truly be the Church on the hill with the CROSS,
reaching out to the Gem Valley and beyond to the whole
world. We believe all generations need the Gospel, and
have a special concern for the younger generations to
come to Christ, and to His Church. Hence, we will remain committed to effective ministry to all age groups;
but we will specifically strive to strengthen our ministry
to youth, as God grants us opportunity.

parsonage the remainder of that week will be appreciated. Sign a
yellow communication card if you can help or bring food.
Dear Church Family, Surgery, surgery, surgery, Will and I want to

Dear Friends, I’m Allison, and I go to the high school in Kudjip, Papa
New Guinea. My dad helps at the hospital, but he’s mainly the hospital
administrator. My mom is a nurse, a teacher, and otherwise stays at
home. I have 2 younger sisters, Emma and Olivia. Thank you for supporting the school in Kudjip. We really appreciate everything. Please
continue to pray for us here. Thanks again!
Sincerely, Allison Dooley

WORLD MISSION PRAYERS
PRAISES
We praise the Lord that the Riobamba Nazarene School in Ecuador
inaugurated new classrooms, a new computer lab, a new science lab,
and new kitchen and dining area for their 400-student body. The
school is the largest private grade and high school in the city of Riobamba. Some of the school’s graduates are now teaching at the
school. Lives continue to be touched and changed for God's glory.
PRAY FOR
.
The Africa Region is requesting prayer for Mozambique. Tension
has risen since Monday, 21 October 2013, when government
forces occupied the base of the opposition party Renamo, following an attack on the Defense and Security forces. Citizens in Mozambique and neighboring countries are concerned about where
the current situation will lead. Please pray for peace in Mozambique, and specifically in the Sofala Province.
Sunday, November 3, is the annual Global Day of Prayer for the
Persecuted Church. Below are ten specific requests:
Central Africa Republic—that the Church there will look to the
Lord of Hosts for grace, strength, and deliverance will not be
found anywhere else. India—give Your church boldness and wisdom, and bless all witnesses. Belarus—that the Church will grow
in faith, wisdom, grace and unity in the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:3)
across denominational lines, ready for the future. Cuba—that tentative steps towards reform would continue. Central Asia
(general)—that Christians in those areas who have been imprisoned, fined, or beaten for their faith will be blessed and comforted.
Indonesia—sustain and sanctify Your church there. Egypt—that
Egyptians will seek and find the truth that will set them free and
bring healing to their land. Nigeria—anoint Nigeria’s pastors and
evangelists with the Holy Spirit of power to lead many to Christ.
Burma (Myanmar)—may peace and religious freedom be realized. Father, sustain Your church and intervene on her behalf.
Laos—bless Laotians witness and build Your church.
“Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable
things you do not know.”
Jeremiah 33 : 3 NIV
