OUR VISION
To truly be the Church on the hill with the CROSS,
reaching out to the Gem Valley and beyond to the whole
world. We believe all generations need the Gospel, and
have a special concern for the younger generations to
come to Christ, and to His Church. Hence, we will remain committed to effective ministry to all age groups;
but we will specifically strive to strengthen our ministry
to youth, as God grants us opportunity.

WORLD MISSION PRAYERS
PRAISES
We rejoice with the news that more than 60 men and women were
baptized this summer in the Commonwealth of Independent States
(CIS) Field. The baptisms were held in Armenia, Central Asia, Russia
South, and Ukraine/Moldova districts.
PRAY FOR
Teen Fundraisers
Thanks to everybody who participated in the Back in Time Car and
Buggy Show. The teens raised $162 toward their India trip.
Also, the teens are raking leaves during the month of November.
Donations will go to the Mission trip. If you would like to have
them come to your house contact Pastor Josh to set up a time.
Nine people are feared dead from a landslide in the rugged Highlands region of Papua New Guinea. Pray for villagers who have
lost family members, and for those working to reopen the major
road that has been closed due to the landslide.
Men’s Steak Night
Men’s steak night will be held November 19 at 7 p.m. It’s All
About Alpacas with Brian and Terri Gedney.
The annual Global Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church is
designated as either the first or second Sunday in November. NMI
has traditionally selected the second Sunday of November, which
this year is November 10. Please join brothers and sisters around
the world in prayer daily, and especially this Sunday, November
10, for Christians who are persecuted because of their faith in
Jesus.
AFGHANISTAN—that the Lord will sustain, comfort and build His
Church—may the gates of hell not prevail against her (Matthew
16:18). LEBANON—grace Lebanon’s leaders with wisdom and
discernment. ALGERIA—that the young and now vulnerable
church will grow in faith and grace, trusting in the LORD in all circumstances and for all things. LIBYA—that the Church here
might shine as an example of peace, joy, love, and unity. AZERBAIJAN—give grace to the authorities. CHINA— that there will
be an awakening, so that the Chinese, like other cultures, might
realize that materialism does not guarantee happiness or address
the problems of corruption and sin. IRAN—sustain and preserve
Your church, adding to their number daily those who are being
saved. BHUTAN—that people will grow in confidence, openness,
and liberty. DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO—that You
will be a shield and fortress to every mission station. BOSNIA—
may the Church be a shining example of love and unity in the
Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:3) across denominational and ethnic
lines.

Dear Friends, I’m Allison, and I go to the high school in Kudjip, Papa
New Guinea. My dad helps at the hospital, but he’s mainly the hospital
administrator. My mom is a nurse, a teacher, and otherwise stays at
home. I have 2 younger sisters, Emma and Olivia. Thank you for supporting the school in Kudjip. We really appreciate everything. Please
continue to pray for us here. Thanks again!
Sincerely, Allison Dooley
