✔Promised if ill go MIVAS ,he will proof the team. As i want to strengthen the distribution for the company beside Vape Empire, so im ok with it .

✔And the DEAL is to contra Eliquid and do Marketing for BAL. so i can more focused on the strategy. So, what happened is, i just simply didnt go to China
trip. Only Meng and Zul went. This all started after they came Back from China. All changes.

✔Never follow an order and never give any coporation like what he promises before. (can refer the task written by manager/account)
✔Keep promising already closing big client but at the end asked and proposed to me to give consignment and go to put BAL at lower level with giving GM Mall
stock. I fully object this thing
✔Never ever agreed to do Digital Marketing
✔He not even contra eliquid like what he PROMISED, but he charges company and
✔he simply took over my position as COO and
✔he took another 5% company share that supposed to give to Mr Zachary from Vape Empire and put his own brother name to hold other 5%.
✔Whats the point i want to give him to do eliquid if i my ownself got factory doing eliquid ?
✔And he try to cheat BAL again with lying on the price. 1st deal , price is Rm0.50 cents/ml.
✔Now is Rm1.50. He triple up the prices.
✔Always do wrong calculation For BAL RESELLER PACKAGE but never want to admit he did wrong as pointing to programmer because programmer is away
on holiday
