This program ofAchievements Day was hosted by Mr. Kush Kumar, Senior
General Manager of the company. The event may have been virtual, but its
presentation was neither short of actual celebrations nor was there any lack

The event began with a video of Glaze's
stunning journey. After this, Mr. Kush Kumar, Senior General

mong the different types of pulses in India,
Arhar is the most prominent among the
pulses consumed. In India, Arhar is also
known as Tur, Red Gram and Pigeon P. Arhar dal
contains a lot of protein, so it is very beneficial for
health.
Indian farmers often sow tur with millet, Jwar,
Urad and Cotton. Many farmers also do its solo
farming. Today we are going to inform the farmer
brothers about the single cultivation of Arhar.
For the cultivation of Arhar, loamy loam and loam
soil are considered best.Advanced varieties ofArhar
include Bahar,Amar, Narendra-1,Azad, Pusa-9 with
PPA-11 and MAL-13.
While preparing the field forArhar cultivation, add
1 liter of G-Derma Plus/G-Bio phosphate with 100
to 150 kg of rotten cow dung manure per acre.
After 5 days use 32 kg phosphorus, 16 kg sulfur
and 10 kg g-c power / g-prom advance with 12 kg
nitrogen.
Farmer brothers must keep in mind that they must
make seed treatment of the crop they are thinking
of planting. This helps a lot in the prevention of seed
borne diseases. before sowing of Arhar for per 1 kg
seed treatment use 10 ml G-Derma Plus or G-
Pseudo.
After 40 to 45 days of sowing, mix 1 liter of G-NPK
with 100 to 150 kg of rotten cow dung manure and
spray the field.
The crop requires special care when the flowers
are produced in the Arhar crop. For this, at the time
of flowering, you should mix 100 mL of G-amino plus
and 100 mL of G-C liquid in 100 to 150 liters of water
and spray it on Arhar crop.
If the farmer brother adopts the above treatment
methods to cultivate Arhar, then his crop will be
protected from the following diseases such as
Uktha disease, Banjha disease and pod bearing
disease. At the same time, there will be protection
from land-borne diseases and
nutrients will also be supplied in
the plants. This treatment
improves the quality of the
flowering of the plants, which
increases the yield and brings
happiness on the faces of the
peasant brothers.

process of opening a Galway shop.
u QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO OPEN A GALWAY SHOP
n Applicant must be an active distributor.
n Applicantmustbeofrankof19%(oldnameED)orabove.
n To open a Galway shop, the applicant has to invest Rs.
2 lakh in the company, out of which, Galway products will
be given at the opening of a Galway shop of the desired
amount of Rs 1.5 lakh and the remaining Rs. 50 Thousand
will be deposited with the company as security.
n Out of 50 Thousand security money deposited with the
company, Rs. 25 thousand will be given as G-money
advance for billing in the software.
n Applicants are required to have basic knowledge of

n Applicant's status must be green in the company's system.
n The applicant is required to have basic knowledge of computer for billing,
G-money and order product.
u DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO OPEN A GALWAY SHOP
n Proof of address for the application (Aadhaar card, voter id card, driving
license etc.)
n PAN card
n Savings Account
n Food registration (Keep in mind that this is not a food license, an online
application can be made for food registration and can be registered by
depositing online fee)
n While applying for the Galway shop, you also have to upload some pictures
inside and outside of your Galway shop online.
u PROCEDURE TO APPLY FOR THE GALWAY SHOP
n With required qualifications and necessary documents, deserving distributer
can login their IR Portal through Login ID and password. As soon as of login, a
qualified distributor can see on the left hand side of the dashboard, “Apply for
Galway Shop” is written in which you have to click. After clicking, the application
form for “Opening Galway Shop will open” on your screen, in which you have
to read the guidelines carefully.
n After reading guidelines, fill your email id. Click Yes, if you agree with the
guidelines. Then click on the Next button.
n Afterthis,theapplicanthastofillhiscorrectandclearinformationinthecolumnsgiven
on the next screen.Applicant must provide his mobile number,
dateofbirth,emailid,permanentaddressandtheaddresswhere
theapplicantwanttoopenGalwayshop,landmark,city,district,
state, post code, bank account number, bank branch ( Branch
ofthebankwhereyouhaveanaccount),bank'sIFSCcodeand
yourAadhaarnumberandclickontheNextbutton.
n On the next screen you will be asked if you want to open
the Galway shop in your relative's name, if yes, click on the
Yes button. On clicking, a new form will open on your screen,
in which you have to enter your relative's name, date of birth,
permanent address and your relationship with them. Then
upload any certified document related to your relationship
with your relative. Then click on the Next button.
n After this, on the next screen, the applicant has to
upload the documents while answering some questions.
Keep in mind that before uploading the documents, save
all the documents in your computer or laptop so that you
do not face any problem while uploading.
n After that you have to read the agreement given on
the next screen carefully. If you agree well with the
agreement, click on the button ticking the Yes button.
n If you want to make any changes in your application,
click on the Back button that appears on the next screen. Otherwise submit
your application by clicking on the submit button.
n After you submit the application, the approval will be taken by the company from
your up-line president / Royal President on your application.After getting approval
from your up-line, all the information and documents given by you will be examined
by the concerned department of the company.After this, your virtual BankAccount
number will appear on your IR portal wherein you have to deposit Rs 2 lakh through
NEFT / RTGS / IMPS. Keep in mind that cash cannot be deposited in it.
n If any deficiency is found in the documents sent by you, then you will receive
the email by the concerned department of Delhi Head Office on the mail id which
you have given. Once all the money is deposited and all types of documents
are found to be correct, your Galway shop will be started and you will be given
a login ID of the Galway shop. And password will also be sent.
n G-Money - This is a type of e-wallet system, which will be recharged by the
Galway shop owner by adding money.This wallet will be used by the Galway shop
owner for billing, ordering products from the company. Any money that a Galway
shop owner puts into their virtual account will go directly to the G-Money wallet.
u SOME IMPORTANT THINGS
n Aprofit of Rs. 375 will be gi76676ven by the company on selling the products
of 40 IP from Galway Shop
n Any distributor (upline / downline / sideline) can be billed from the Galway
shop.
n Any distributor in the Galway shop can get his refund by following the
products refund / exchange policy and can return or exchange the products.
